Paneer Tikka
Cubed Paneer/cottage cheese and veggies are marinated in yogurt & aromatic Indian spices. Then they are skewered and grilled till brown. Traditionally paneer tikka is made in tandoor or in an oven, but you can make it on non-stick tawa or pan too. I use non-stick grill pan to prepare paneer tikka.
