Paneer Tikka
Ingredients

Paneer/Cottage cheese

Capsicum/Bell pepper

For the marinade
1 cup
Thick curd
2 tbsp
Oil
1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste
½ tsp
Turmeric powder
1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp
Black pepper powder
1 tsp
Chat masala
½ tsp
Garam masala powder
½ tsp
Kasuri methi/Dry fenugreek leaves
2 tsp
Lemon juice
(skip if curd is sour)
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Cube the paneer & cut veggies (capsicum & onion) into 1 inch pieces. Make sure that the size of paneer & veggies are same.
Take ingredients listed under marinade to a big bowl & mix it well.
Add cut veggies & paneer to prepared marinade.
Gently mix. Make sure all the pieces coated well.
Cover & let it rest in refrigerator for least 4 hours.
If you are using wooden skewers then soak them in water for 15 min before using. At the time of using, wipe them using kitchen towel.
Skewer paneer cubes alternating with onions & capsicum.
Heat a non-stick grill pan or tawa on medium heat. Place skewer on hot tawa & fry them brushing oil on each side.
Turn it & cook all sides till it is golden brown.
Serve hot with sliced onions & mint chutney.
