Veg Paneer Korma

Instructions
Prep
Rinse & cut vegetables (carrot, beans & potatoes). Cube paneer into small pieces.
Roughly chop option & green chillies. (this is for masala paste)
Method – Masala paste
Heat ½ tsp oil in kadai, sauté onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies, cloves, cinnamon & black peppercorns until onion is translucent.
Grind sautéed onion mixture, grated coconut, cashew, coriander powder & coriander leaves to smooth paste.
Method – Korma
Heat 2 tsp oil/ghee in pressure cooker, add cut vegetables (carrot, beans, potato & green peas) & sauté for 2 minutes.
Add grind masala paste to pressure cooker, sauté for 5 minutes in low flame.
Then add salt, mix well & pressure cook for 1 whistle.
Once pressure subsides, open the cooker add paneer cubes & cook for 2 more minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves & serve with Chapathi, Pori, Ghee rice or pulao.
