2-3 tsp
Oil/Butter
Chopped coriander leaves
to garnish

Instructions
Prep
Steam or cook carrot, potato & green peas till they are done. Peel the skin & cut carrot & potatoes. Set aside.
Finely chop capsicum, onion & tomatoes.
Method
Heat oil/butter in kadai, add jeera & let it sizzle.
Add chopped onion & sauté till translucent. Then add the Ginger garlic paste, sauté until intense smell of ginger garlic paste is gone.
Then add finely chopped tomatoes & capsicum. Sauté for a minute.
Now add all spice powders (turmeric, red chilli & pav bhaji masala), mix well & sauté till mixture start releasing butter/oil from sides.
Add cooked vegetables & salt to kadai. Mix well & sauté for 2 minutes.
Then add cooked rice & mix well, cover & cook for 2 more minutes in low minutes.
Lastly add lemon juice & mix gently.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves & serve hot.
