Clean, wash & finely chop Greens. (I use Palak, Methi, Amaranth, Dill & Drumstick leaves)
Method
Heat a ½ tsp oil in pan, roast channa dal, urad dal, coriander seeds, cumin, methi seeds, dried red chillies, curry leaves, until dal turns golden brown.
Grind the roasted spices along with grated coconut, jaggery, tamarind pulp & salt to smooth paste.
To same grinding jar, add soaked rice & grind everything to smooth batter.
Add finely chopped greens to batter, give a good mix.
Heat a dose griddle & drizzle few drops of oil.
Take a ladle full of batter pour it onto the centre of the griddle and spread it to make a circle.
Sprinkle few drops of oil, cover the dose & cook for a minutes or till its brown.
Turn the other side of dose and cook for 1 more minute.
