Ingredients
4 tbsp
Daniya/Coriander seeds
¾ tbsp
Methi/Fenugreek seeds
1½ tbsp
Jeera/Cumin

Badige Menasinakai/Low spiced red chillies
Few
Curry leaves
1 tsp
Coconut oil
Instructions
Heat 1 tsp coconut oil in a pan, add red chillies & curry leaves, roast till they are crispy. Set aside.
Next roast coriander seeds, cumin & fenugreek seeds one by one.
Let all the roasted ingredients come down to room temperature.
Then powder them together to fine powder.
Store it in an air tight container.
