Blanch the Palak leaves by putting them in boiling water with little salt for 2 minutes. Take them out and put them in cold water so that the leaves retain their green colour. Add this to blending jar.
Heat a tbsp. oil in pan sauté cumin, garlic, ginger, green chillies & onion till onions turns translucent.
Add Tomato to the pan & sauté till it softens. Switch off the flame & wait till this mixture comes down to room temperature.
Now grind blanched Palak & Onion tomato mixture to smooth paste.
Heat oil in a Pan, add all spice power (turmeric, red chilli, coriander & cumin) except garam masala. Fry for few seconds.
Add grind Palak & Onion Tomato paste to pan, mix well. Sauté everything for 5 minutes.
Add salt, cream & garam masala to pan.
In goes the paneer cubes & gently stir. Cook it covered for 2 more minutes.
