Poori | Puri
Poori is a popular Indian deep fried & puffed bread made from whole wheat flour, salt & water. The perfect Poori is golden in colour & puffed up like a ball. Poori is often served with Potato or vegetable curry. This is very basic recipe that you all might know how to make it, but I think this will be helpful for the beginners.
